Airline Support Specialist

Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dallas Forth Worth International Airport (DFW).
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to international airline passengers, ensuring a seamless travel experience. You will work in various areas of the airport, including check-in counters, departure gates, and customs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to international airline passengers.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Rotate through different airport areas, including check-in counters, departure gates, and customs.
- Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.
Requirements:
- Eager to learn new skills and take on challenges.
- Organized and logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
- High school graduate or equivalent, with a minimum age of 18 years.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- English proficiency, with additional languages a plus.
Benefits:
