Bookkeeper (Part Time) Opportunity

Carr, Riggs & Ingram is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for various client accounts, including bookkeeping, payroll, and tax compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial recordkeeping.
  • Prepare and process payroll, including payroll tax compliance.
  • Provide financial statement preparation and other accounting services as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of prior bookkeeping experience and an accounting degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as various accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standard accounting processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
