We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at Integrated Resources. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough nursing assessments of patients and document findings in patient records.
  2. Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and age-appropriate considerations.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  4. Provide, delegate, and coordinate patient care to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  5. Initiate and manage discharge planning and patient/family teaching to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  6. Evaluate and update patient responses to care plans to ensure effective treatment.
  7. Maintain professional standards by participating in inservices, committees, and performance improvement activities.
  8. Foster a safe and supportive environment for patients, employees, and visitors by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
  9. Act as a preceptor and charge nurse as assigned, and actively participate in achieving departmental goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of clinical Registered Nurse experience in a specialty area.
  • Current California RN license and BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on your unit.
