Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Robotics Welding Specialist to join our team at Middleville Engineered Solutions LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a 5-axis robotic weld cell and other production machines according to specifications and machine operating instructions.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lift 50 pounds periodically and 30 pounds regularly, and must be able to stand for entire shifts. The successful candidate will also have strong communication skills and be able to work well with Weld Leaders and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lift and load parts as instructed
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment
  • Inspect joined components for defects
  • Unload parts from the welder and place them in a specified container
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in robotics welding or a related field
  • Familiarity with 5-axis robotic weld cells and machine operating instructions
Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.33 and includes benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan matching.
