We are a leading provider of engineered solutions, and we are seeking an Assembly Line Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Assembly Line Specialist at Middleville Engineered Solutions LLC, you will be responsible for operating a 5-axis robotic weld cell and other production machines according to specifications and machine operating instructions. You will also be required to fill out hour-by-hour and QDS sheets with shift results and problem identification information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lifts and loads parts per instructions.
  • Operates machines and observes operations, supplies, and position of work pieces to detect malfunctions or misaligned parts.
  • Knowledge of emergency stop buttons and main power shutdown procedures.
  • Inspects joined components for defects.
  • Unloads parts from welder and places into specified containers.
  • Cleans machine and work area during and after production.
Requirements:
  • Prolonged standing and ability to lift 50 pounds periodically and 30 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Working Conditions:
  • Exposed to regular plant conditions with dirt, oil, and smoke.
Compensation:

$18.33 hourly wage.
