We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Salesperson to join our team at the LaMarche Agency. As a top-performing agency, we are focused on growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will assist us in maintaining and growing our business by servicing and assisting our current customers while expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Generating insurance quotes.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
  • Must be willing and able to obtain Property and Casualty licenses promptly.
