About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team at Vensure Employer Services. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Load and unload machines upon cycle completion, ensuring timely and efficient production.
  • Setup and Tooling: Assist in CNC setup procedures, including loading and unloading of required tooling, and ensuring tools are properly sharpened and positioned.
  • Quality Control: Take and record all dimensions as required on Inprocess Inspection forms, and inspect tooling for defects.
  • Process Improvement: Inform CNC supervisors of process problems and contribute to the development of solutions.
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and perform deburring of parts during idle time.
Requirements
  • Education: High school or trade school diploma preferred, with a GED acceptable.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or CNC machine operation environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of speeds and feeds for different materials, blue print reading, and use of measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and depth micrometers.
  • Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Mechanical and Spatial Skills: Strong mechanical skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to read and interpret blue prints.
