Compensation: $18-$20.50 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses up to $520.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide chair-side assistance to dentists and hygienists during various dental procedures.
  2. Prepare and maintain dental equipment, sterilize instruments, and monitor radiation safety procedures.
  3. Interact effectively with patients, staff, and third-party payors through strong communication skills.
  4. Order supplies, maintain inventory, and participate in quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Dental Assistant program from an accredited institution.
  • Current knowledge of dental clinical procedures, protocols, and regulations.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
