Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to provide technical, clinical, and clerical support to providers and/or physicians at North Canyon Medical Center. This role requires delivering efficient patient care and meeting the needs of our patients.

About the Role: As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will accept delegation from the provider or assigned supervisor to meet patient needs. You will deliver care to patients in accordance with the provider's care plan, collect data and communicate information during patient assessment and care planning. Your responsibilities will include taking delegated tasks from healthcare professionals, providing direct patient care, and maintaining accurate records of patient interactions.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have graduated from an accredited Certified Medical Assistant program or hold a certification from an accredited institution. Additionally, you should have minimum experience as required for the position and/or specific area(s) of assignment. It is also essential to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for job title and unit/area(s) of assignment. You must possess excellent communication skills, including oral comprehension/expression and written comprehension/expression, and be able to work with patients' growth and development needs. An ability to manage a chaotic work environment and exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values is also necessary. Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
