  • Instrument Sterilization and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sterilization room, lab, and operatories, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient treatment plans and appointments.
  • Supply Management: Track and order supplies promptly, staying within budget and ensuring a well-stocked and organized environment.
  • Lab Delivery and Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of lab work and coordinate with our doctors to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the demands of a high-paced schedule.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • RDA license and at least 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
  • Strong clinical skills, including taking impressions, making temporary crowns, and assisting with digital x-rays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
