Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Armoured One, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building interior and exterior, including painting, remodeling, and refurbishing as needed.
  • Construction Management: Lead construction projects and have an extensive general contracting background.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Perform ground maintenance as needed, including cleaning out sites from debris and discarded materials.
  • Electrical, Heating, and Plumbing Systems: Perform maintenance and basic troubleshooting of electrical, heating, and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
  • Custom Crates and Shipment: Design and build custom crates for shipment of products.
  • Safety Protocols: Work in accordance with all safety protocols and standards, complying with all company policies and regulations, including OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • Contracted Services: Help coordinate contracted services for building needs, aiding as needed.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Provide and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Task Completion: Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred, 3-5 years maintenance experience within manufacturing or related field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Team player with ability to work collectively with others within the organization, basic plumbing and carpentry knowledge, comfortable in a fast-paced and fluid environment, self-directed with the ability to be resourceful, plan and organize work, displays positive attitudes and practices good work ethics that reflect the mission, vision, and goals of the company.
