Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Kisco Senior Living, LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing services to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes in condition
  • Supervise departmental operations and assess residents' needs
  • Communicate and document problems, and demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures
  • Identify and recommend other disciplines needed for quality care
  • Document evaluation of nursing interventions and resident response
  • Assess resident and staff knowledge base of disease process and treatment regimen
  • Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director
  • Assist with Medication Management Program and participate in performance improvement process
  • Present required new hire training and ongoing skills training for associates
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Minimum of one year experience as a nurse in a senior care setting
  • Assisted living and/or dementia experience preferred
  • Current active, unencumbered nursing license in the state of practice
