Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Client Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for interacting with clients, potential clients, and visitors to create a positive and engaging experience. Your primary focus will be on facilitating client scheduling, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our styling team in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors with a smile, portray a positive attitude, and assist with all reasonable requests.
  • Phone Support: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, provide accurate information, and direct calls to other staff members while minimizing impact on present clients.
  • Scheduling: Accurately enter client transactions, manage scheduling activities, and optimize schedules to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Supporting the Styling Team: Assist with scheduling, documentation, communication of appointment changes, retail/service add-on sales, and various administrative duties.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of previous high-paced guest service experience.
  • Point of sale system or other business software experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under time constraints and pressure.
  • Professional image.
