Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staging Coordinator to join our Manufacturing Team at FDB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our staging area, coordinating with Warehouse personnel, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all work in a safe and compliant manner, consistently following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental policies.
  • Staging dispensed raw material for transport and delivery, coordinating with Warehouse to ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Verify BOM or pick lists associated with records to ensure correct material and quantity was delivered.
  • Allocate material delivered in designated physical locations and SAP bins, conducting inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Return material to Warehouse, discard expired components, and identify/report operational issues and process improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with Manufacturing and Warehouse personnel, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and strong knowledge in SAP.
  • Experience in a GMP environment, with a strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Good self-discipline and attention to detail, with the ability to work flexible hours and alternative shift schedules.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching above shoulders, and stretching. The ability to wear personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, lab coat, safety shoes, and gloves, is also required.

Education and Experience

A minimum of an Associate's degree in a related field, such as Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Engineering, is required, along with 1 year of relevant experience in a GMP environment. A Biotechnology Certificate is preferred.
