We are seeking highly skilled Clinical Trial Contracts Specialists to join our team at Beacon Hill Legal. As a Clinical Trial Contracts Specialist, you will play a critical role in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating clinical trial agreements, consulting agreements, CDAs, and ICFs in support of clinical trial studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze clinical trial agreements, CDAs, and ICFs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Draft and negotiate clinical trial agreements, consulting agreements, CDAs, and ICFs with clients and vendors
  • Collaborate with clinical trial contracts managers and global teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure successful clinical trial outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in clinical trial contracts, negotiation, and review
  • Strong contracts review and analysis skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times for deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
