We specialize in matching the right caregiver with the right client based on their skills, experience, availability, and interests. Our caregivers love going to work and make a difference in their clients' lives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable with bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, transferring, ambulating, light housekeeping, shopping, meal prep, transportation, and medication reminders.

This is a part-time position with flexible schedules available, including days, evenings, and weekends. Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours in length. Benefits include competitive pay structure, paid earned time off, mileage reimbursement, health, vision, and dental options, on-call opportunities, and ongoing management support.

As a caregiver with Align Home Care, you can expect:

Estimated salary for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and location.
