About the RoleWe are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Certified Nurse's Assistants/Home Health Aides. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of our clients' homes.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs and report any concerns or changes to the supervising nurse.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Administer medication as directed by the supervising nurse.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation and laundry.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client care.
- Valid certification as a Nurse's Assistant or Home Health Aide.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
- $23-$26 per hour (based on location and experience).
