POSITION SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Results Orientation:

Achieves company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product insights with customers. Assists customers in selecting merchandise that aligns with their preferences and needs. Stays informed about ongoing promotions and pricing strategies while upholding visual merchandising standards.


Customer Engagement:

Embodies and promotes the principles of Outstanding Personal Service (OPS), ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience. Addresses customer inquiries and resolves concerns promptly. Facilitates a swift and efficient checkout process, staying updated on payment policies, returns, and security protocols. Encourages additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales, and enrolls clients in loyalty programs. Cultivates a loyal customer base through personalized service and effective communication.


Operational Support:

Assists in inventory replenishment to maintain a well-stocked store. Aids in visual merchandising tasks, including floor setups and signage placement, as directed. Contributes to maintaining a clean and organized boutique environment.


Collaboration and Development:

Encourages a collaborative approach to problem-solving within the team. Actively seeks opportunities for personal growth and welcomes constructive feedback. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed, with variations possible across different brands.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to adapt to company-provided technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication with customers, team members, and management.
  • Regular attendance is essential to meet operational needs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular climbing, approximately 34%-66% of the shift.
