Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations within the residential facility.

  • Provide transportation for students to various events and activities.
  • Oversee the student meal program, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
  • Support fellow Residential Assistants in their duties.
  • Promote the residential program positively within the broader community.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with adolescents and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Resilience and reliability are essential, along with the ability to cultivate a sense of community in a diverse environment.

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in a residential setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with technology and social media platforms is beneficial.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to occasionally lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent movement within the residence hall to access various areas.
  • Capability to navigate stairs regularly.
