Our Approach

As a Caregiver with Alpine Way, you'll build strong relationships with our residents by getting to know their unique personalities, preferences, and needs. You'll assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans, and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working with seniors is a plus
  • Reliable transportation and a dependable attitude are essential
  • A positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties are necessary
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial
  • Compassion and a commitment to representing our community in a positive, professional manner
  • Demonstrated good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
What You'll Do

As a Caregiver for Alpine Way, you can expect to:

  • Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
  • Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
  • Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
  • Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day
  • Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
  • Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. We offer:
