Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part-time or full-time based on your preferences.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help clients maintain their independence and engage in meaningful activities
- Work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Be 18+ years old
- Have reliable personal transportation
- Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
- Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
- Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check
- High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
- Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
- A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
