Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist CRT to join our team at HCA Florida Northside Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist CRT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Apply and operate acute care ventilators for continuous short and long-term mechanical ventilation
  • Maintain accurate records and enter information into the hospital computer for therapy as given
  • Set up and administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages
Requirements
  • Completion of a Vocational/Technical program or an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associates Degree); Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Current Florida State License (CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist
  • American Heart Association BLS healthcare provider required
  • ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months of hire
