We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist CRT to join our team at HCA Florida Northside Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist CRT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Apply and operate acute care ventilators for continuous short and long-term mechanical ventilation.
- Maintain department and hospital records, ensuring accurate information is entered into the hospital computer.
- Set up and administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages.
- Completion of a Vocational/Technical program or an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associates Degree); Bachelor Degree preferred.
- Current Florida State License (CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist.
- American Heart Association BLS health care provider required.
- ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months of hire.
HCA Florida Northside Hospital is a 280+ bed facility offering state-of-the-art treatment. Our facility provides a full range of services, including interventional stroke care, spine care, orthopedics, 24-hour emergency services, cardiac care, and general surgery.
