  • Perform regular cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, bathrooms, and hallways under the guidance of the housekeeping supervisor.
  • Uphold a positive image of the property by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to address guest requests and maintain updated room statuses.
  • Notify the housekeeping supervisor and maintenance team of any repair needs to ensure guest comfort.
  • Ensure the security of guest rooms and keys at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish cooperative relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and maintain a Class II gaming license as required.
