Job Title: Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Radiology team in Everett, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support to our Interventional Radiology team, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide competent and compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
  • Assist with pre-procedure preparation, intra-procedure monitoring, and post-procedure recovery
  • Administer moderate sedation and monitor patients' vital signs during procedures
  • Collaborate with the Interventional Pulmonologist to perform procedures such as flexible bronchoscopy, rigid bronchoscopy, and endobronchial laser therapy
  • Stock and maintain procedure rooms, including ordering supplies and equipment
  • Participate in daily operational activities to ensure a safe and efficient patient care environment
Requirements:
  • Current Massachusetts licensure as a registered nurse
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • 2-3 years of ICU, critical care, ED, or procedural experience
  • Good clinical background in pulmonology preferred
