Responsibilities

* Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians
* Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities to provide the highest quality of patient care
* Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or designated supervisor
* Ensure confidentiality of patient health information and adhere to agency policies

Requirements

* Current LPN licensure in the state of Tennessee
* Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
* Current CPR certification
* Previous home care experience preferred
