Cosmetics Store Keyholder

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.

You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modeling the behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities include carrying out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rotational basis, and utilizing your flair for retail and cash handling experience to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

As a Key Holder, you will have the opportunity to develop your supervisory skills, work in a fast-paced retail environment, and be part of a team that values diversity and promotes career growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store, is desirable
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others, is desirable
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country
  • Anticipated Hourly Range $15.59 to $25.98, with competitive incentive compensation programs
