About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at Metro Park Dental Arts. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients, creating a positive first impression of our practice
  • Manage front office duties, including scheduling appointments, processing patient records, and communicating with patients and insurance companies
  • Utilize dental software to schedule appointments and manage patient records
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers
  • File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
  • Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivables
  • Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients
  • Partner with our dental professionals to implement systems to optimize office efficiency

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of work experience in a dental office
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • Team player with excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Comfortable discussing financial matters with patients
  • Adaptable to a changing work environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
