Behavioral Health Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Shift Supervisor to join our team at Connections Health Solutions. As a key member of our crisis response team, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative oversight of our facility on assigned shifts or units.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that individuals in crisis receive the most efficient care and move through the facility to the appropriate level of care.
- Oversee the operation of the assigned unit and shift to ensure the clinical team is operating efficiently, smoothly, and consistently to support high-quality clinical care and outcomes.
- Manage escalated concerns/problems from internal and external stakeholders and assess and manage barriers that impact flow through the facility.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, all standards of practice, and the requirements of regulatory and accreditation agencies.
- Assist with training and orientation of new staff to unit processes and procedures.
- At least 5 years' experience as a direct clinical care provider in Nursing, Social Services, Administrative or Milieu support (BHS/RSS)
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to encourage cross-functional and multi-disciplinary partnership
- Working understanding of utilization management and revenue cycle management in the behavioral health setting
- Full-time only
