As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating flavoring and grinding equipment, ensuring the highest quality products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Operate flavoring and grinding equipment with precision and attention to detail, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and document flavoring and grinding quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production staff to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide guidance as needed.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety procedures and regulations, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement activities, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing changes to enhance productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a production or quality control role.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of English, verbal and written; basic math skills; basic data entry capabilities; ability to push and pull objects weighing over 900 pounds.
  • Certifications: Certification to operate powered industrial truck (PIT) vehicles, including electric pallet jack, floor scrubber, and silo cart caddy.
