Position Summary: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Dawn Hill Home for Rehab and Nursing is looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver outstanding nursing care to our residents. This role is vital in addressing both the physical and emotional needs of our residents under the supervision of healthcare professionals.

Primary Duties:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents with empathy and respect.
  • Observe and document patient health conditions, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist in crafting and executing personalized care plans for residents.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly Wage: $28-33, commensurate with experience, plus additional differentials for evening and night shifts.
  • Evening Shift Differential of $5.
