Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors
  • Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs, and products
  • Understand and uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies
  • Assist Shop MOD with timely and accurate completion of all assigned operational tasks
  • Ensure The Shop is reflective of the company brand standards through merchandising and marketing direction
Requirements:
  • Ability to take direction and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in retail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas and be available to work a varied schedule
  • Standing, sitting, and walking; squatting, bending, and reaching
