Job Description

This role involves working on-site at our configuration lab, where you will be responsible for performing pre-configuration of equipment prior to shipment to customers. You will work independently, managing multiple priorities of low complexity, and maintaining a high degree of quality in your work product and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Follow specific written work instructions to efficiently provision and configure IT devices and prepare them for deployment based on customer requirements.">
  • Basic kitting of equipment based on customer requirements.">
  • Unbox, re-box, and process equipment for shipping.">
  • Clean, test, and inspect IT devices.">
  • Escalate technical or other issues to your immediate supervisor.">
  • Participate in internal departmental and project meetings.">
  • Offer suggestions on improving processes and efficiencies.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a minimum of 1 year of experience (preferred) or relevant training directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.

Work Environment

You will be working in a configuration lab environment, with workbenches and stools instead of desks and chairs. This role requires the ability to walk, lift, carry, stand, and transport IT equipment, with occasional use of basic tools and cleaning solutions.
