Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure team members adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Coach and train employees to maintain consistent performance and exceptional service
  • Support and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Communicate the company vision, set daily team morale, and lead by example
  • Maintain process flow and suggest improvements for efficiency
  • Monitor equipment and ensure timely repairs
  • Train and instruct associates on equipment operation and safe work practices
  • Work closely with associates to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Assign tasks and prioritize to achieve maximum production efficiency
  • Facilitate communication with vendors, associates, and managers for successful collaboration
Requirements:
  • Must comply with GMP requirements and complete relevant training
  • Be organized, able to multitask, and prioritize
  • Possess knowledge and experience in supervisory practices and principles
  • Have 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or packaging
  • Experience in FDA and GMP regulated industries
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Customer/associate focused and result-driven
  • Proactive decision-making with excellent discretion
  • Willingsness to work additional shifts as required
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
