Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.

  • Educate customers about Textron Specialized Vehicles products, highlighting features and benefits that differentiate them from competitors.
  • Communicate progress toward business development milestones to company management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Complete monthly reporting and forecasting requirements, providing accurate and timely data to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain records of quotes, customer purchases, and sales operations documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategies to grow market share, expanding the company's presence in the industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Years of Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field is required.
  • Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office is necessary.
