Join Capital Group as a CRM Product Consultant.
In this role, you will spearhead the formulation of a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Sales Enablement Product Team, concentrating on a designated client segment such as Wealth Management. You may also oversee teams engaged in opportunity assessments and discovery initiatives.

- Your primary responsibility will be to identify product features, capabilities, enhancements, dashboards, and reports that are valuable, user-friendly, and feasible for sales teams.
- You will collaborate directly with end-users to grasp their needs, challenges, and existing processes, enabling you to create client journeys that exemplify effective product management methodologies and enhance the CRM platform across both desktop and mobile interfaces.
- Your role involves cultivating profound customer insights and business acumen, continuously enhancing this knowledge to identify valuable opportunities. You will also develop resources to ensure that intellectual capital is accumulated, communicated, maintained, and transferable.
- Collaboration with user experience and technology teams will be essential as you envision products that are user-friendly and can be tested with target audiences. You will oversee activities related to a specific product domain or program, including planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation.
- Working alongside Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, ECO, I&A/EDO, and other business partners, you will translate client segment strategies into well-defined project initiatives, considering scope, cost, feasibility, technology options, and business requirements. You will provide product owner support for implementation teams as necessary.
- Your experience in developing metrics to track and monitor overall product or program performance will be crucial, ensuring that specific project initiatives, including ROI, are measured effectively. You will support the development of a comprehensive digital vision and strategy through online learning and research, while also advancing your subject matter expertise.
- Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies will enable you to create and document user stories, partnering with technology teams on requirements for feature and enhancement development.
- You will conduct research, monitor, and analyze emerging online trends to evaluate and recommend the future direction of the CRM platform across desktop and mobile.
- Your ability to communicate complex research insights will be vital as you present summary findings to relevant stakeholders and team members, integrating applicable research findings into business strategies.
- Lastly, you will assist in identifying resources necessary to achieve product opportunity assessment objectives, determining suitable sources with the required competencies, including vendors, contractors, and cross-functional units.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and a retirement plan with a significant employer contribution.
