Role Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surpassing the expectations set by Family Express, including nurturing relationships and embodying the brand image as per established standards
  • Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly financial responsibilities using approved protocols
  • Efficiently operating and maintaining store equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, cleanliness, and image standards through regular inspections and appropriate task delegation
  • Assisting the store manager in recruitment efforts
  • Maintaining store security and promptly reporting any incidents
  • Driving sales and profitability through effective merchandising strategies
  • Implementing merchandising tactics for optimal product presentation and promotion
  • Performing other assigned duties as needed
