As a Retail Sales Technician, you'll be the face of Asurion, delivering award-winning customer experiences and enhancing customer satisfaction with our 'serve, solve, and sell' method.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot customer electronic devices
  • Deliver personalized customer experiences and upsell Asurion products
  • Contribute to market and store location needs
  • Efficiently multitask in a dynamic retail environment

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience
  • 6+ months of experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A passing background check (criminal and drug test)
