Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating heavy machinery.
  • Reliable transportation to the job site.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Experience in pipe installation, retention pond construction, and site development for both residential and commercial projects.
  • Capability to read grade stakes and site plans, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying loads exceeding 50 pounds.
  • Strong team player.
Essential Skills
  • Proficient in safely installing and replacing underground utilities.
  • Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
  • Expertise in operating excavators, backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, and skid-steers for extended periods.
  • Skilled in trench digging for utilities, grading, and loading materials.
  • Responsible for securing the work site and maintaining equipment cleanliness.
  • Commitment to ensuring equipment and materials are well-maintained and stored safely.
