Qualifications:

For Medical Assistants:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Certification: BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
Preferred Experience: At least 6 months of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in primary care.

For Certified Medical Assistants:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Certification: Active Medical Assistant certification (RMA, CCMA, CMA) or EMT/Paramedic certification accepted. BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

For LPNs:
Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing required.
Licensure: Active LPN license is mandatory.
Preferred Experience: Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience, preferably in a physician's office.
