About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salon Manager to lead our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the salon, including managing staff, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention
