As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and providing Intensive In-Home Services activities for consumers of all ages receiving treatment from our Family Preservation Services.

About the Role

As an Intensive In-Home Services Manager, you will work under general direction to ensure that services are provided in accordance with the philosophy, mission, standards, policies, and procedures of our mental health service and as ordered by the physician. You will report directly to the Intensive In-Home Services Team Leader and will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of Intensive In-Home Team Members.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate Intensive In-Home Services activities for consumers of all ages.
  • Ensure that services are provided in accordance with the philosophy, mission, standards, policies, and procedures of our mental health service.
  • Supervise and guide a team of Intensive In-Home Team Members.
  • Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for consumers.
  • Conduct regular progress updates and assessments to ensure consumer progress.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a college or university with a Master's degree in a human service field.
  • At least one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated MH/DD/SAS experience with the population served.
  • LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCMHC, or LCMHC-A licensure.
