El Administrador de Sistemas Windows será responsable del diseño, implementación y gestión de servidores y estaciones de trabajo Windows dentro de la organización.

Responsabilidades Clave:
Diseñar, implementar y mantener entornos de servidores y estaciones de trabajo Windows, asegurando un rendimiento y seguridad óptimos.
Gestionar Active Directory de Windows, incluyendo la administración de cuentas de usuario, políticas de grupo y permisos de seguridad.
Monitorear el rendimiento del sistema, solucionar problemas y realizar mantenimiento regular para garantizar la fiabilidad del sistema.
Implementar y mantener políticas de seguridad de Windows, incluyendo gestión de parches y soluciones antivirus.
Colaborar con ingenieros de red para asegurar una integración fluida entre los sistemas Windows y la infraestructura de red.
Asistir en la planificación y ejecución de actualizaciones de sistemas, migraciones e instalaciones de nuevo hardware y software.
Desarrollar y mantener documentación para configuraciones de sistemas, procesos y procedimientos.

Calificaciones:
Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información o un campo relacionado; certificaciones relevantes (por ejemplo, MCSA, MCSE) son un plus.
Experiencia comprobada de 2+ años como Administrador de Sistemas Windows o en un rol similar.
Amplio conocimiento de sistemas operativos Windows (Windows Server y Windows 10/11) y tecnologías asociadas.
Experiencia con Active Directory, Política de Grupo, DNS, DHCP y otros protocolos de red.
Familiaridad con tecnologías de virtualización (por ejemplo, Hyper-V, VMware) es preferida.
Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y diagnóstico.
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y colaborar en un entorno de equipo.
