Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador and embody the Sprinkles Culture – be attentive and welcoming when a guest arrives, maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Learn and apply the proper policies and procedures as instructed by trainers and managers with enthusiasm.
  • Provide outstanding guest service while adhering to Sprinkles policies.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions with a friendly attitude.
  • Exhibit teamwork skills by supporting and collaborating with colleagues to deliver the Sprinkles Experience.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks as outlined in opening/closing and weekly checklists.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe work environment both behind the counter and in the dining area.
  • Report to work as scheduled and fulfill all responsibilities throughout your shift.
  • Package, box, or plate cupcakes and other baked goods as required.
  • Pay close attention to detail when executing instructions, right down to the decorative elements on a Sprinkles cupcake.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for the Sprinkles brand, products, and customer experience.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions from management.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a steady pace throughout your shift.
  • Capability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Able to lift at least 25 pounds, which includes handling cupcake trays, batter, and frosting, as well as bags of boxed orders.
  • Must be agile in navigating the bakery, bending down for bags and reaching for cupcake trays.
