Job Summary

Exactech is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for manufacturing medical implants and instruments with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines with minimal supervision.
  • Work from written instructions and blueprints to produce high-quality products.
  • Adjust offsets to maintain dimensional integrity and ensure precision.
  • Inspect own work to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Meet production standards and quality expectations.
  • Document results accurately and maintain records.
  • Understand and follow GMP procedures and departmental SOPs.
  • Comply with safety policies and procedures and report any deviations.
  • Assist and support other employees and teams as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to read blueprints and understand simple programs.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
