Salary and Benefits:
$180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Description:
As a Physician - Family Medical, you will manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, treating patients in-office or in testing centers, conducting occasional tele-health visits, collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles, and working with virtual clinical teams. You will also have opportunities to perform in-office procedures, utilize your specific clinical training, and work with a range of patients from all ages (0+). We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician with at least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting and a passion for human-centered primary care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in TX, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
- Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
