Job Description

This role requires a physician with a thorough knowledge of chronic pain conditions, who is adept at developing individualized treatment plans that integrate both traditional medical practices and alternative modalities. As a Pain Physician, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of life for our patients.

Your clinical expertise will be critical in assessing patient conditions, recommending appropriate interventions, and monitoring treatment efficacy. In this position, you will not only be treating physical ailments but also addressing emotional and psychological aspects of pain, fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients with chronic pain disorders.
  • Develop personalized and holistic treatment plans incorporating alternative medicine techniques.
  • Administer various pain management therapies, including acupuncture and spinal manipulation.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Pain Medicine or relevant medical specialty.
  • Valid medical license to practice in Texas.
  • Strong understanding of alternative medicine practices and pain management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $250,000-$300,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a competitive benefits program, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
