Aramark's Step Up to Leadership (S2L) Paid Internship Program is designed to provide students with key experience, expertise, and resources to help position them competitively for full-time positions post-graduation.
Responsibilities- Provide analytical support to the Lines of Businesses.
- Prepare and lead the monthly financial review with the client; provide custom reports as needed and respond quickly to questions and requests.
- Assist with accounting office functions, including cash disbursements, payroll, cash receipts, and general ledger accounting.
- Coordinate financial audits of component with internal and external auditors.
- Manage and communicate cash flow related issues, including accurate and timely preparation of cash flow statements, management of receivables, payables, cash balance, control mechanism, and timely deposits of all funds.
- Generate Period critique reports for client and attend Accounting and Finance meetings.
- Work on special projects, including P.O. CER Requests & Reconciliation.
- Address any operational or financial issues in Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Support the Operations Teams in preparing Financial Projections and weekly closing of GFF/TCS/MTK.
- Review financial measures of effectiveness daily.
- Develop methods of tracking financial performance.
- Open to those actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in any field of study.
- Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends, or holidays according to business needs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future.
- Aramark does not offer housing with the exception of our remote Aramark Destinations locations.
