We are seeking a highly skilled Business Services Liaison to join our team in San Luis Obispo, California. As a key member of our workforce development program, you will be responsible for building relationships with local employers and community organizations to create employment opportunities for our participants.

The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, experience working with diverse populations, and a strong understanding of labor market information. They must also be able to travel up to 40% of the time and meet requirements for Eckerd's Auto Insurance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and community organizations
  • Identify job placement opportunities for participants and facilitate the recruitment process
  • Work closely with staff to identify job placement concerns and propose solutions
  • Maintain accurate participant records and track placement activities

  • A competitive salary range of $26.00-$28.00 per hour
