**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Property Liquidation Coordinator to join our team at Estate 360 Estate Sales & Downsizing. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing estate sales, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate estate sales, including inventory management, pricing, and marketing.
  • Organize and photograph entire homes, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Engage with clients and customers, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales excellence and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to lift substantial weight and perform physical tasks, including standing, sitting, walking, and carrying items for extended periods.
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively.
